GUI 7.20 for Windows 7 Professional 64 bit operating system

Hello,

I got a new computer and downloaded the new GUI 7.20 for SAP but I am now unable to run SAP. When I try to lanuch SAP I get an SAP Frontend Server message that reads:

"Before starting a SAP GUI session, rebor to enure that SAP GUI is working properly"

I restarted my laptop but SAP still will not lauch. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Can you run an installation check using the command 'nwcheckworkstion' (without the quotes) and advise if there is an

error report generated?

Hi,

You could try a clean installation again. Uninstall SAPGui completely. Remove SAPGui related directiories from C:\Program Files.

And then re-install.
