Hi All,
Considering SAP's focus on satellite applications in the Business Suite, my company is considering SAP CRM for implementing front-office Marketing, Sales and especially Service processes while SAP ERP does the number crunching for the back-office in terms of FI/CO, LES, ...
In need of a good 'Project Support' system, SAP ERP PS is currently under evaluation. Integration of SAP ERP PS with other SAP ERP modules is obviously available. If SAP ERP CS is used for implementing Service processes, this can be fully integrated with SAP ERP PS for proper project activities, progress, cost, .. follow-Up. In case SAP CRM Service is used, this integration seems to be complicated ?
Does anyone have experience with such a scenario ? Can you share your findings and recommendations ? Are there any alternatives that we should be considering ? e.g. using a different approach to a project support system than SAP ERP PS ?
