CONFIG Agent problem

Hi all...

I'm using SAP Mobile 7.1 SP 12.

I'm trying to understand, why I can find the CONFIG agent in development but not in quality or productive systems.

Should I transport the Data Object AGENTS in SWCV SAP BASIS 7.10 from Development to the following systems?

Or this configuration should be done directly on each system?, if so, did I miss an initial configuration step?

Hi David,

This object is delivered by SAP and if it is missed in the system, problem need to be analyzed by SAP team. Please raise an OSS message and follow the instructions provided by SAP team.

Please raise an OSS message. This is not problem with installation. The missing object is Netweaver Mobile (DOE) specific object which should be available in system after installation. We need to analyse why only this object is missing.

Hi duztariz.

Have you tried to download if from SAP Service Marketplace??? Days ago, I download I package which contains TIME agents.

Perhaps there as another one which contains CONFIG agent.

Well the agents that can be downloded from SAP marketplace are:

Battery Agent

PIOS Config Agent

Storage Agent

Time Agent

CONFIG and TRACE Agents as I underdand are shipped with SAP as standard and should be available..
