Product category filter now working

Hi Gurus,

We want to restrict material flow from ERP toSRM by filtering on the basis of Product category.

In Tcode R3AC1, we tried filtering entire number range e.g from 0301 to 03999, hence we used 03* in the filtering criteria.

But the materials which fall under this product category range actually go and block the queue, which actually shouldnt happen.

Is this * creating any problem? Kindly help me with any proper documentation.

Check error message you have in SMQ1 (R/3 side) or SMQ2 (SRM side).
