In sales process, the sequence order, Outbound delivery.

With the Tx code VL09 is reverse Movement, but the order status is Completed,

And Outbound delivery status is Being processed.

I need the order with status open or Being processed. And Outbound delivery status complted.

How to enable? system for this functionality
