Hi,
I am starting to install SAP ME 6.0. In Master Guide chapter 2.4 System Landscape it says I need to have
SAP NetWeaver 7.3 SPS01.
Is this the normal SAP Netweaver 7.3 Installation package or some special download?

That's correct. You need standard NW 7.3. Just make sure that SP01 is deployed after initial installation. It can be downloaded from SMP.
