Hi all,

we get weekly email-alerts from this class ...

ALERT for SID \ MoniInfra_sid_SID_SIDnr \ \ at ( Zeit in UTC )

System:SIDat 00000000 000000 ( Zeit in CET ) Grey CCMS alert for monitored object Alert Text:

System:SID

Segment:SAP_CCMS_sid_SID_65

MTE:SID\MoniInfra_sid_SID_65

Client:

User:

Does anybody know, where I can stop the autoreaction for this class ? I couldnot find the

corresponding MTE class in monitoring tree of ta RZ20.

Based on previous experience we know that this alert comes because of two reasons:

1) A bug: fixed by an SNOTE (Note 1559286 - CCMS: Grey CCMS alert in email).

2) The monitoring segment of the affected system is running out of monitoring segment slots. You should be able to increase the alert monitoring segment to fix this. Following note should be useful for this case:

However we have one system that is still having this issue, which is really strange. We are still investigating.
