Irrespective of condition types, if a condition type is maintained in VK11, then it can be used even if transportation module is not configured whereas, whatever condition type you maintain in TK11 (T_06 is IMG path) is used only if transportation is configured.

Hello Johnston,
KF00 is for Frieght included in Sales Order / Invoice & passed on to the Customer. This freight is generally recovered from Customer & forms the part of Invoice (like Basic Price + Taxes - Discount + Freight).
FB00 is basically Shipment Cost incurred by your Company in delevering the Material to your Customer. This Freight is not seperately charged from Customer & it becomes Shipment Cost for your Company. This is generally Calculate based on the Delivery Item & Shipment document. This Freight Cost is later settled thru MM side by Service Purchase Orders & Pruchase Invoice...
Hope this helps,

Hi,
KF00 is a Freight condition type used in Sales & Distribution(SD) application whereas FB00 seems like a freight condition type specifically used in Transportation Management application.
Hence these condition types can be used only in their respective applications i.e. FB00 can be used in Transportation/Shipment cost documents and KF00 can be used as a condition type in Sales documents.
Thanks,
Saurabh

Hi
As far as I am aware, the Condition Type KF00 is used for freight in Sales & Distribution in Order-to Cash cycle and can be maintained in VK11, whereas the Cond. Type FB00 is used in Transportation and maintained in TK11.

Hi,
On a very broad level.. KF00 is used in sales order for freight surcharge or discount.
Whereas, FB00 is a price and used in shipment costing for your shipments/ transportation management.
