Print smartform issue

Dear Expert,

I have a strange questions. Using the same sap R/3 logon, I am not able to print the smartform on my computer, but it can be done by using my colleague one.

But I am able to print it last week by using my computer but it is not working this week now.

Below is the SAPLPD.log:

The log stop right after the above line.

Hi,

It will probably be fixed by re-installing the SAPGUI on your PC. By the way, Access Method F and SAPLPD are no longer suppported. You should change to using Access Method G. See SAP note #821519.

I suppose you're trying to use a local device output, but it seems SAPLPD doesn't find your default print

Have you set it?

Anyway I'm not sure this is the right forum, it's not ABAP problem
