CCMS Alerts:RZ20:alerts not generated properly

Hi All,

I am able to get alerts in RZ20, but I am able to get the next alert only when I <b>complete</b> the first alert.

This is very tedious as I am unable to see errors from all scenarios simultaneously.

In the daily operation of an XI system, blocked queues are found in different ways,though the first way is the most popular:

1) The CCMS (transaction RZ20) issues an alert that a queue is blocked

2) The end user in the receiving system complains about missing messages

3) The performance of the system (messages per hour) drops
