Hi Senthil,

Remove your SAP Gui and delete the Source Folder of SAP into Program Files,

Try to Find any file of temp folder into Document and Settings\User (maybe occult) and delete then,

And Finally Restart you computer and install again....

For me this is works fine.

Hello Senthil.

Usually, so many errors means that some dependencies have not been installed.

Ensure that MSXML4, and Visual Studio 2005 and Visual Studio 2008 dependencies are both installed.

In the installation DVD,they can be found under NW_7.0_Presentation\PRES1\GUI\WINDOWS\WIN32\system folder

The 3 executables you need to run again are:

vcredist_x86.msi

vc9_redist_x86.msi

msxml4.msi

Hope this can narrow down the issue for you.

try locate the sap setup log, i.e

%ProgramFiles%\Sap\SAPSetup\Errors

%ProgramFiles%\Sap\SAPSetup\Logs

for example: C:\Program Files\SAP\SapSetup\LOGs in affected client PC ?

and check if there is any significant errors.

probably it could be .NetFramework issue on client.

You can try to clean remove, and reinstall, with following steps on the affected workstation

and see if it fixed the problem?

- Remove the current SAPGUI

- After this, please make sure that the folder

:/program files/SAP/Frontend is properly removed. Otherwise, delete it

anually.

- Make sure that no other versions of SAPgui exist on your PC.

- Remove everything in your recycle bin, then reboot your PC.

- Clear your recycle bin and reboot your PC first below re-installing

our SAPgui again.

- Install GUI 720 and apply the latest patch.

Hope this helps.
