Hi,
When a Sales order is closed, does the document from the Sales-Shipping Allocation Schedule Line will be updated to say a order is closed or does it only update a status 'A' in the VA03 header and line items? Where else are indications that the Sale Order line items are complete closed or have a status of 'A'.
Thanks

Does the shipping scheduled line get updated with some sort of field to say the line item is closed - VBEP or it only updates the VBUP after something has been shipped? Once something is shipped, will the schedule line date -VBEP-EDATU change? What other fields can I look to say the scheduled line item is closed from this table once the EDATU is past? Thanks

Hello,
also in transaction VA05 you can see the status of sales order items.
Hope to be useful.

Hi, if you want it to see in tables, pls check tables VBUK/VBUP for sales order header and item status respectively.

Hi,
When you place rejection at header level, it means that entire sale order reject what ever be items
If you have 2 items and put rejection for only one item at item level then that item status will be rejected
Then when you see status then order will have open but one item is rejected
You can check in table VBAK and VBAP
