Error Code 513 , during the support message creation.

Hi Experts,

Well , i have configured Service Desk in my solution Manager 7.0 EHP-1 St-25 on windows 2008 and SQL2008,

I have followed standard document and configured Service desk.

When i create a support message error code 513 , message can not be created.

i have checked role and authorization in r/3 system and have entered solman back rfc in r/3 system using sm30 in Table bcos_cust.

But when i execute crm_dno_monitor , i can see all the message . So kindly suggest me the solution. for the same

Hi Neels,

To create support messages using the Service Desk (transaction NOTIF_CREATE) you need "Business Partner" identifications.

Every creator needs a business partner id with the assigned business partner roles "BUP000 general" and "BUP003 employee" assigned to his user account of the Solution Manager. Please look up related SAP documentation.

Hello,

Perhaps 1522809 - Solution Manager: Because of error 513, no message was created in Support Desk System

would be of help here?

Solution is in Note 1356510 - Reporter (created by) is not determined for basis message
