Disable Shopping cart item completion email

Hi,

SRM 5.0 ECS SP12.

When a shopping cart item is completed by a buyer in sourcing,an email notification goes out to the Buyer.We have some buyres who have left now and now if some other user completes a shopping cart which was processed by the deleted users(deleted only from Org structure not user master),then the new user gets the message failure emails with the following content :

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: Shopping Cart Item Completed by Purchaser

Sent: 7/1/2011 1:00 PM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

XXXXX@XXXXXon 7/1/2011 1:02 PM

How can this email notification be stopped from sending out?

Hello,

In SRPO -> SRM Server -> Cross application -> Event and event schema for alert management -> Define event schema, if you select the BUS2121 -> Event schema and then Event control, check if you have any alert defined for SOCO.

There is no entrie smaintained in the path you mentioned.
