SolMan 7.1 - Change Request Not created via CRM_UI

Hello,

I have configured chaRm in Sol Man 7.1 system . When I try creating a a change request using CRM_UI (IT Service Management) I get a popup "select Transaction type -- webpage dialog" .In this popup it displays under Transaction Type "No result found". Hence I am unable to create a change request.

P.S: I can not use older CRMD_ORDER txn in 7.1 since new transaction type SMCR is being used for change requests.

Is there anything missing in my configuration which is preventing me from creating a CR??

Vivek,

You do have the change management role assigned to you in the UI don't you? ITSM UI is still role driven and you need to have change management roles to create transactions even if you have SAP_ALL. Plz see if you have this role assigned. SAP_SM_CRM_UIU_SOLMANPRO_CHARM

Mine is solman 7.1. I am also using the same role

SAP_SM_CRM_UIU_SOLMANPRO_CHARM,

Can you please tell me whatis the corresponding Business role for this.

As we are having SOLMANPRO for SAP_SM_CRM_UIU_SOLMANPRO.

I am able to create a CR using CHARM_CREATE !!!

I am confused now. If it s not allowing me to use CRMD_ORDER then how the system allows CHARM_CREATE???
