We are in the position to perform a complete hardware refresh and are looking at VCE VBLOCK solution as one of the options.
Having spent from 1997 to 2009 running SAP on a platform which wasn't widely adopted and now having spent the past 2 years on a popular platform; dont' want to go down a road where nobody has been before.
Any feedback you may have regarding your use / testing of SAP on VCE / vblock (aka VMWARE CISCO EMC) would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you
Doreen
Hi Doreen,
I don't have hard numbers as I'm not working in the sales area, but there is a lot of activity around SAP on Vblock:

We did also the Compliance Tests for the SAP Adaptive Computing Controller on Vblock:

Ah, there is one specific customer which was an early adopter, see this [press release|http://www.sap.com/press.epx?pressid=13294].
Kind regards,
Matthias
