CT3 LICENCE ERROR

Dear all,

when i am capture a CT3 Licence with T.code J1ILIC01 with different sold to party and ship to party it was not saved,showing error as Enter valid ship to party/sold to party.even i put zero's before sold to party and ship to party,if i took both sold to party and ship to party are same it will accept, but in my senerio both are different.please help .

Thanks for your responce i think there is no issue of zero's because when i am puting same sold party and ship to party then system accept.this error msg coming when sold party and ship to party are diffrent.

Hi

Pl. check your Customer Master (Sold To Party) --> Sales View --> Partner Function.

Whether the different Ship to Party is assigned there? If not, then assign it. System will work perfectly while creating the CT3 Licence.

Ensure that you input the number of preceding zeros correctly. For example, if preceding zeros should be four and if you input only three, in that case also, system will pop up this error.
