Hello,

Currently we are facing the below issue in GRC 5.3 CUP:

When attempting to u201CChange a u201CCustom Approver Determinatoru201D in (GI0 Development) u2013 Configuration and we received the following error:

Path: CUP-> Configuration -> Workflow-> Custom Approver Determinator'

Error: 500 Internal Server Error: "Cannot find or initialize JSP Instance"

Details of error: 'No details available'

Any thoughts/inputs on the issues outlined would be appreciated.
