Database inconsistency: Start Transaction SICK

Hi,

I have completed the System Copy of SRM System and the installation was successfull.

After installation, I was able to login with the same id and password of source system.

But I got the below error message and dump in st22 immediately after login

Database inconsistency: Start Transaction SICK.

When I run the transaction, I got the below message and details saying, there is severe issue, please correct the issue, before using the system.

SAP OS release Windows NT 6.1 7601 Service Pack 1 4x AMD64 Level 6 (Mod 29 Step 1) is not supported with this

Based on the above error, I updated the Kernel from 32 to 137.

After I tried started the SRM system from MMC and MMC is getting hanged, tried opening the mmc, got the same issue.

I restarted the OS and when I open MMC, I could not see SRM SID in the MMC.

Regards

Ponnusamy

Hi Ponnusamy,

Please upgrade your Kernel to the lastest pacth.

After system copy yo change the schema? please run the Schema4SAP to solve problems with the SID.

Thanks Aldo!

Your suggestion on running the schema4sap.vbs script resolved my “Database inconsistency: Start Transaction SICK” error.
