Freight value at header to divided to line items w.r.t quantity.

Hi SAP gurus,

I am facing one issue in Sales order. I am entering the freight condition type(HD00) at header level. I need the condition value should get divided to line items w.r.t the number of quantities.

To elaborate -

The freight should allocated to materials based on the following formula:

$4,000 = Total Freight Revenue (At header level)

1,860 = Units Shipped

$2.15 = Freight Revune per Unit Shipped

$2.15 x 12 Units of Materail 1234567

$2.15 x 10 Units of Material 7654321

Etcu2026..

Please let me know how to achive this.

Thanks for the quick reply.

i still have one doubt, will that amount get divided into the line items propotionately w.r.t the quantity as explained above.

I need the condition values for each line item to be displayed.

$2.15 x 12 Units of Materail 1234567 = 25.8 or 26

$2.15 x 10 Units of Material 7654321 = 21.5 or 22.

Please help me to clear this doubt as well.

In t.code V/06, for the freight condition type, check and make the below settings if necessary and test; Condition class as A, calculation type as B-fixed amount and condition category as F.

Check group condition box, Check header condition and item condition boxes under changes which can be made section. Also in the same section, you can check the boxes delete, value and then save. Test by creating new documents.
