Shopping cart - Delivery addresses - No search results found

Dear all,

we use SRM 7.01. While creating shopping carts the search help in tab "Delivery Addesses" provides no results. In any case we get the message "No search results found". If we assign any ship-to-adress as default to the attribute "ADDR_SHIPT" this address will be found as default value.

Does somebody know what's wrong here ?

Additional: While creating purchase orders the search help for "Ship-To Adress" provide results.

Hello,

Notes 1600531 and 1088474 should be applied.

This issue started with SRM 7.01.

Hello,

we have SRM 7.01.

we have installed the oss notes 1600531 e 1088474 but the issue is not solved.

Do you have any suggestions?.

Have you implemented manual steps of note 1088474?

I have seen this issue sometimes and such notes used to solve it.

Hi Ricardo,

we still focus the issue after having applied the notes and done the manual steps.

Any other idea?

There is nothing to find elsewhere how to solve this issue.

Please pay attention to the manuel pre-implementation steps.

You should able to search it otherwise it is a bug. then what is the of having many delivery address if it is not defaulted..

since user has a option to search desired delivery address from the cart

Hi Hermann,

Is attribute SYS maintained, containing all of your back-end systems and SAP SRM system, within your organizational schema (PPOMA_BBP)?

Are you using

any special characters while searching?

Note 1133102 - Ship-To Address/Performance Location: no result if "'" used.

what is your service pack?

Hi Muthu,

I know the note but this is not the reason because we don't use special characters. Our Services Package: SRM_SERVER - SAPK-70104.
