Certificate remainder date

Hi Experts,

I am unable to maintain remainder date in certificate in QC55. Where do I wrong.

My requirement is once I do GR of Purchase order without recipt of certificate then system should remaind me certain interval of days.

Sorry. The reminder field is set by SAP when he reminder notices are SENT to the vednor. It is set when you select an entry and clcik on the "Dunning notices" button.

It is not used to remind you when to send the dunning notice to them.

Usually most plants run QC55 for certs with status of "1" (Certificate Expected"), sort the list by positng date, select all entries that are more than so many days old, say 1 week. select the entries and send the notices.

Usually there are so few of these, even in large facility that most places just call the vendor directly and have them faxed over.
