Hello All,
In our development system we are facing a problem in PO and as well as in GR.
PO --> After creating SC - Approve SC system is creating PO but status is "ERROR" if we see PO in back end (ECC) it says PO is "HELD". But if I go to Process PO and change delivery date or update any header text in Portal and save it then "Held" status will go and we can use PO for further action.
Confirmation (GR) -- If I do confirmation (GR) it system will generate material document number but will not update PO ( PO History) and status of the GR is "approved " in portal.
can any body help me to understand what is the problem please?

If the PO is in Error status , Do you see anything error in RZ20?

Hi Sharan,
Please select check button in PO so that you will get to know the error message and fix the same.
Pleasse check whether the jobs are running or not in your system (BBP_GET_STATUS2) & (CLEAN_REQREQ_UP) because these jobs are being take care in updating the documents in your EBP as referecne.
