Customer returns

Dear All

651 is the movement type, when doing a returns delivery for goods returned by customer. My doubt is, where does these goods go ( come)? To blocked stock, QI stock or unrestricted stock? Also, where can we control , so that the goods move to a particular stock?

HI,

Stock returned will directly come in unrestricted stock, if you want to change the stock in to quality or blocked stock, change movement type in schedule line category, then stock will come according to the movement type

In general return delivery bring the material to returns column, and have complete accounting, stock needs to be transferred to blocked column
