Remedy support desk integration with solman

Dear Experts,

we have an requirement to integrate the Remedy and the solman support desk integration .

Please can any one share if the same has been done in your site.

Remedy support desk.

1. Pre requisites in solman and remedy.

2. Interface details between each application.

3. Architecture of interface.

4. Setting need to carry out in solman.

5. Setting need to carry out in Remedy.

I am not sure if the other posts/blogs provided you with a solution. We have tried the web services feature and had lot of issues,especially with the new version of Remedy. There is little or no support from Remedy on it, especially with the new version of 7.1, it competes directly with Remedy.

we have used the integration via XI and has been working well. Send me a note to and will be happy to share any documents.

I am trying to integrate solman 7.1 with remedy.
