MCJB Report's Table S070 MTTR/MTBR

Hi There,

I am unable to see the data in S070 table when I enter date or week. The data only get displayed when I enter month.

Is there any way to see the data weekwise or datawise?

I need to develop a report where all the data can be displayed in an ALV format. And if datewise or weekly data cannont be displayed, I want the formulas to calculate MTTR/MTBR/TBR.

I need formulas/logic for these two fields mainly:-

1: TBR

2: Actual Breakdown logic (How to remove the overlapping Notification)

Hello,

The reason is update of Standard table.

This table update as monthly format as sap standard.

But if you want you can change the update to Day, Week and month basis. (transaction OMOS)

But this can affect the analysis in other tables too.

So generally it is not done.

You can create your own LIS for changing the update as per your requirement.

Can it be done w/o using any formulas through LIS. I mean there is no need for manual calculations.

Hello Sanjay,

When you will copy the structure S070 then they key figures are there already calculated. no need to make further formula logic.

Just drag that key figure/ Characteristic and MTTR and MTBR will be calculated.

Hi Naveen,

You mean LIS (Evaluation Structure) needs to be created.

If yes then it also picks data from S070 where Weekly data is not updated.

Hello Sanjay,

Actually this is quit complex scenario, let me explain in simple way:

1. Create one LIS as copy of S070 e.g. S999

2. Use the same update group 026 to updae S999.

3 Now assign update method as weekly or daily for the S999.
