Automatic Output to be printed after PGI

How to print the documents automatically once the PGI is done........can any one help.................

The steps involved:-

1. Sales order created thru VA01.

2. delivery created thru VL01n

3. PGI done thru VL02n.

4. Next 4 output documents - deliveryn note, packing slip, packing list, and goos issue slip processed and print is triggered.

Requirement:-

After PGI once the delivery is saved -

---

the sytem should automatically print deliveryn note, packing slip, packing list, and goos issue slip with requiring to go to VL71.

Can the experts help?????

Hi

In Tcode VV22, select your output types and its key combinations. Assign 4 (Date/time) to your shipping point. '4' which means print immediately after saving the document.

Yes I tried that............... but after PGI when I am saving the delivery Document...................... the print docs are not triggered........ Pls suggest!!!!!!!!

Hello,

You can do this with SAP Standard Settings... follow this:

Go to - IMG - Logistics Execution - Shipping - Basic Shipping Functions - Output Control - Output Determination - Maintain Output Determination for Outbound Deliveries - Maintain Access Sequences

Here select the Access Sequence you are using & from left side select - Accesses

There is a Requiurements colomn. Currently it would be "0" or blank... Assign Requirement - 1 - Delivery GI posted here.

This settting will make sure that Output is triggred only when PGI is done...
