Quotation to Sales Order - TAQ Item Category (BOM) -Staus Being Processed

Hi Experts,

I have a question regarding document flow. I used a BOM in Quotation (Higher Level Item Category - TAQ, Sub Level Item Category - TANN) with quantity 2.

I created 2 Sales Orders (OR) with 1 quantity each. When I check the document flow, the Quotation has status "Being Processed".

Document Flow: -

Quotation 0020000039 Being processed

Standard Order 0001020265 Being processed

Standard Order 0001020266 Being processed

When I click on Quotation and say Status Overview, the following is displayed.

Total processing Being processed

Delivery status Not delivered

Completeness Complete item data

Confirmation status All items confirmed

Rejection status Nothing rejected

Reference status Fully referenced

Delivery complete Complete item data

Billg doc. complete Complete item data

The following configuration is done: -

Item Category TAQ Definition - Completion Rule set to "B"

Copy Control - QT to OR - for TAQ, update document flow is "Checked" and Pos./neg. quantity is "+"

My Question: -

Why Quotation is having the status "Being Processed" not "Complete" as it is completely referenced?

The TAQ is not relevant for delivery, but TANN is relevant for delivery.

Please let me know whats happening here and what needs to be changed....

Please check the Cpmpletion rule in the Item category.... It will helps you.

Hi All,

I am able to solve this problem.

Cause: -

I used TAQ for BOM Higher Level Item (Item Category determination in QT) and it was assigned a Schedule Line category CT.

Solution: -

Create a copy of TAQ say ZTAQ and assign Schedule Line category BT to it. And then as usual carry out Item Category determination, copy control, completion rule and etc...

Impact: -

Now the Quotation is complete !!!!!!
