HI Experts,

WE are facing issue while processing messages from ECC to file. Here we are able to see messages getting processed in MONI but was not able to see any log in receiver communication Channel or any file getting into receiver end.

Could you please guide me the steps to debug this issue.

thanks & Regards,

Ranganath.

start with;

1. Entries in SMQ1 and SMQ2 - Are there any messages in queue w.r.t to your interface?

2. SM58 - Any errors or entries?

3. Check in RWB. Do you see the message flow? If there are entries here, check in communication channel monitoring.

In addition check the following too

RWB workbench monitoring for the adapter engine, check whether you have file permission to write or any NFS mounting or firewall issues.

Hi Ranganath,

Try looking if the message is errored in RWB--> Message Monitoring. Once the message is processed in Integration Engine, its passed to Adapter engine, which can be monitored using RWB.

Chech whether your receiver path for placing file is correct or not and also see any FTP server related issues

SXMB_MONI means INTEGRATION ENGINE ...

1. Now I would suggest you to check in adapter engine also through ... RWB- Message Monotoring - Adapter Engine : Check here , if message is in error

2. Check in CC Monitoring - Channel Name : if it is in error state ...

hi ranganath dasari ,

You got success message in SXMB_MONI......file is not placed into target directory.

first you need to check receiver communication channel for file. check the parametrs you are giving in receiver file adapter and your receiver communication channel active or not.

Monitor your Communictaion channel in RWB and check the status... some time if any target system down or Receiver CC configurtaion not correct them message will get strucked.

in this case you will not see any error message in SXMB_MONILbecause it shows still message send to reciever adpater or not.
