"ICM_HTTP_CONNECTION_FAILED" Error

Hello All,

I am trying to establish a connection from SAP to SUP server with transection sm59. But im getting "ICM_HTTP_CONNECTION_FAILED" error with "sr000" message no. I ping the host and port successfully. what might be the problem?

copy paste the contents of the dev_icm log file.

take ICM trace to level 3 (in tcode SMICM), and you should be able to locate the issue.

Also check ICM parameters in your system as per notes:

824554 - ICM timeout parameters

If needed increase the icm parameter PROCTIMEOUT

if you have proxy setting or firewall, check that as well.
