STO b/w 2 plants within same company code- with SD delivery- with UB

Hi Everyone!!

After carrying Replenishment delivery with reference to PO at VL10B Im trying to do PICKING and PGI at VL02N but the Picking quantity is GRAYED out with quantity' 0'.

can anyone help me regarding this.

Hi,

You may need to do transfer order for the delivery where the select the line item in delivery and click on subsequent functions transfer order.Create transfer order and confirm thr transfer order.The quantity will appear in the picking quantity.

Hi Ali

Please ensure you are using correct delvery order type.

Incase If you are using return delivery type, there wouldn't be any goods issue and the field would be greyed. Thus will allow you to perform the PGR only (means no picking required, upon created delivery just cick post goods receipt button).

This would be triggered in case the P.O item overiew has Return indicator.

If not the above case, please enable the picking for your delivery order type.

Hai Ali,

In SD when you make sales order system show the availaility check.

But in STO, PO will not show any availability screen.

So we inform our user to

ME21n

CO06

after checking the confirmed quanity against the PO then create

VL10B

In case if you want to change pick qty

Double click on the Pick qty and it show in item screen and change the Pick qty.

please go to change mode in VL02N and there give the pick quantity. or check the t.code OVLP item category is relevent for picking or not
