Customer deletion in Site master

Hi,

Initially site and customer master was created for sale area 1 and company code 1.

After then it was realized that this Customer master should belongs to sale area 2 and company code 2 and this was corrected by marking customer master flag for deletion for sale area1 and company code1.

Now is issue being faced while executing RWBE Report, for both sale area 1 and sale area 2 the stock is displayed under the Site.

Need info/suggestion.
