system create Schedule line in sales order

I am preparing a sales order but its showing a schedule line for a material whose stock is already maintained in warehouse.for example: I am making a sales oder on 8.10.11 but schedule line is created for 10.10.11 as if stock on 08.10.11 is enough to deliver.please provide me posible solution

Dear Rahul Walia,

Check the following.

spro>logistics execution>shipping>basic shipping functions>scheduling>Delivery Scheduling and Transportation Scheduling>Maintain Duration>SELECT your shipping point> click on the entries in dialog structure--> if there is any value, maintain 0 there.

Then recheck the scenario.

Check and revert back.

I have check the shipping point. The following config. are made.

Determine load. time No loading time determination

Det.pick/pack time Pick/pack time not determined

No lead and pack time is maintained..:(

It depends on the customer calendar and working days.. the next working day is what the system picks up.

Hi Rahul,

you can find the customer calendar in XD03, general tab, unloading points and check the definition of the calendar for holidays and working days.

I have check the configration but no unloading point is maintained for the customer.

also i have check the factory calander but no holiday as such on that day.

Hai Rahul,

For the Material in the Plant

Check CO06

you can find what are the sales order, delivery order are already created for the available stock.

If you don't want these sales order to be confirmed click the blue color SO lines

and in bottom make the confirmed qty as Zero and Tick mark

Now for your sales order assign the confirmed qty Tick mark and save.
