ITS template publishing problem in quality systme in SRM 4.0

Hi,

We are in SRM 4.0 ECS.

ITS BBPCF01 template changed by adding one button in confirmation screen (SAPLBBP_CF 4000 SCREEN).

In the development system we found the added button in the SRM Portal.

But after transporting the request from development to quality.

Coding part is moved but the added button is not appearing in the confirmation screen in quality.

We found that when publishing, it is giving error as:

Start publishing IAC object(s) 'R3TR', 'IATU', 'BBPCF01 994000

RFC error: Error opening an RFC connection.

The error occurred when publishing to destination IACOR_SIEPPURI_STD

Kindly help me for rectifying this error, as i am new to SRM.

Are you running integrated ITS or external ITS?

Check your RFC connection definition through SM59 for the destination that gave you the publish error.
