Create Returns Orders for SPECIFIC Customers with ZERO material price

Hi SAP Experts,

I have a Business Requirement ,to create Materials in Returns Orders with ZERO price for ONLY specific Customers in SAP.

This means when we need to Create Returns Orders for these SPECIFIC Customers ,the materials should have ZERO price.

What the methods by which we achieve this functionality in the System ?

hai,

you can have a condition type z100 percentage and for the customer with a key combination like customer/order type/ material and you can maintain 100 percent so even rates came from invoice it will get knocked in bottom.

Dear Umesh Karane,

Assuming that your price condition type is automatic, maintain a new access in the access sequence as the highest level

based on sales order type.

Now for this condition record (based on sales order ) maintain the value as 0.

In the copy control between billing to sales order, pricing type should be 'CARRY OUT NEW PRICING'

Check and revert back.

Hi Umesh, am assuming you would create return orders with reference to original invoice or order..

based on this assumption, you can manage this in copy controls..Put the pricing type as B and in your pricing procedure include a cond type Z101 which is a copy of std cond type R100 with base type = 28. This should have an access sequence with customer as one of the key fields.. maintain this as 100% discount.
