Change field label for Custom data field

Hi,

I have added a Material Custom data field that have already been used by a lot of material.

Now I want to change the field label to another value in Custom Data maintenance session, but I can

not do it since the line is disabled (greyed out).

Is there a way to change the field label after it has been created and used?

Hi Johan,

I don't think you can change it once some materials have the field in use.

If you want to change only the label of the field, it would be easy to do directly in WIP.CUSTOM_FIELD_DEF table.
