PGI without PO

Hi,

Here there is one scenarion in which after sales order and delivery created,manually PO is being deleted due to some reasons.

So now its not allowing to do PGI as its throwing the message as 'no PO found'...any suggestions to proceed further...

Hi.. Not sure but is only possible if someone delete table entry for PO. Please check one more time that PO is not short closed.

To me it is better if you create a new sales order and do it all over again. Just in case if u come across any problem in future for such deliveries.

I surprise your user can delete the whole P.O to make disappear from system.

Incase if only the P.O line item has deletion indicator, set undelete the line item and post it.

Now should able to create D.O.

If none above helps, considering the system/data integrity better go creation of another cycle of complete documents.
