SAP shortcut question

I have created .sap shortcuts on Windows desktop for frequently used activities. When I open the shortcut (double-click), the .sap file gets deleted. Is there anyway to prevent this? I would like to the .sap file to remain so that it can be used as a shortcut again. Is this a SAP GUI configuration issue?

Hi,

It must be a configuration on your PC. My .SAP files are not deleted if I use them.

Thanks for the response. Any idea where I can meddle with this "configuration". I have only installed the client that is provided by the corporate admin.
