Hi,
We are planning to setup DR for portal production.
Present portal 7.0 is on Solaris OS and with Oracle 10.2.0.2.0 database.
We are planning to perform the below for setting up the DR.
a) Take system copy of production.
b) Import the system target system.
c) Perform the steps at DB level for setting up the DR.
Both the database can be synced with the DB methods etc.. but the problem is how to take care about the file system. When we do any deployments via SDM or JSPM in primary server then how to over- come the file system sync between main instance and DR.
Do we need to go for any third party software for that? Please suggest. Hi,

Just as additional info: Oracle 10.2 is out of general maintenance, you may plan to upgrade to 11.2:
Note 1110995 - Extended maintenance for Oracle Version 10.2
Note 1339724 - Oracle 10.2 Extended Support free until July 31, 2011

You can use rsync for that purpose.
