Error Rule container does not exist in service desk

Former Member

My system is SAP Solution Manager 7.0 EHP1 and ST27 (SAPKITL437)

I have implemented note 1512895 using action profile "AI_SDK_STANDARD", action definition "ZAI_SDK_STANDARD_FIND_PARTNER" and entered method "AI_SDK_TEAM_MAIL_DET" and I have already maintained responsibilities for rule 35000139 (AGS_ICT) in t-code PFAC.

When key user created a message in URL of web frontend service desk, the service message was correctly passed to the first level person which I have assigned in PFAC.

but I have noticed error in tab "action" of service desk about "Rule container does not exist in service desk" as the following;

Hi,

If you have used rule 35000139 in PFAC then make sure that you should use same rule while defining Action in SLFN0001_ADVANCED.

Thanks

Hello Sunny

thanks for first reply

Did you mean rule 35000139 in action definition SLFN0001_ADVANCED_FIND_PARTNER by using method call "CRM_DNO_PARTNER_1"?

I can fix it already. It was an authorization problem:

Add these authorization object to your interested role. it should be ZSAP_SUPPDESK_PROCESS for example
