Plain XML content conversion

Hi,

what parameters do i need in order to convert this in to a flat one row file:

<nameA>

<value1>value</value1>

</nameA>

I know it is simple, but i forgot how to....

I have, I've followed a couple of blogs, but no matter what values i put, file comes out empty.

I've figured it out, i needed to change the file type from binary to text.
