Can we create one outbound delivery for different shipping point of sales order for different item? If so, how to config?

The sales orders can be combined in one delivery if the following parameters are same for those orders:
1. Common Shipping Point
2. Common Shipping date
3. Common Ship to party Common route
& so on ....(Based on configuration)

Can u pls explain that if the above mentioned critaria are same for 4 deliveries how we can combined them in a particular delivery ???
