Find Goods Recipient when creating SC

We are using SRM 4.0

When the user is creating the SC and selecting the option of "Find Goods recipient" The system gives an error "No Values For this selection"

This is irrespective of how the user is inserting the Goods Recipent's Name.

How can I resolve this issue?

Hi Bhavesh,

Have you defined any value (user ID or the org unit) in the attribute 'Requester' for the SC creator. In the shopping cart, normally, the creator is the receiver, but if the creator is creating the shopping cart on behalf of others and wants the recepient to be other than himself, the requester attribute has to be defined properly. if you define a org unit in the requester, then all the users assigned to the org unit will be shown in the value help for recepient.
