Hi Vinu,

What report actually you are making. If you need only that values and percentages use table konv table . Here you will condition types and values. If you are trying to make any sales list then use vbrk and konv join with knumv field.

Madhu.

Hai Vinu,

Experts Please help how to extract the Zm30 & ZM31 Percentage using SAP Report.

There are two condition type data recorded in system.

1 . in VK11 - ZM30

You had uploaded data with a Key comibination for some date specific.

IF you want to extract all the data then

SPRO

Sales and Distribution

Basic Functions

Pricing

Maintain Pricing Report

Execute and

Create Pricing Report

Give a M3 and

Select the Table used for key combination

and decide Header and Item details.

Now get authorization for V/LD and use the Pricing type M3 and get the uploaded full list.

2. In case some billing documnet are prepared and you want check the values of ZM30 and ZM31

Use SQVI to Join

VBRP and KONP to get the Invoice batch wise condition Values.

KONP goes with condition record Number.

KoNV goes with Document condition Number

Dear vinubuzz,

You can use the TCode : SE11 or SE16N [TABLE: KONV]for finding the values of desired condition types (input the same in KSCHL) and KBETR/10 will give you the % .

Thanks & Regards,
