Undeploy ADS component

Hi

Our ADS component in on SP6 patch 0, for one of our issue SAP asked us to upgrade this to SP6 patch 6.

Is there any way to revert it to patch 0 if it does not work after upgrading it to patch 6 using SDM or JSPM.. Please help urgently.

Dear Thirun,

Hope you are doing good.

Before every patch activity, SAP recommends customers to take a full offline backup of the DB including FS and then you can restore from this if there are issues.

If such a option is not done, then you can try to undeploy the newer version SCAs and then do a 'force mode' deployment of the older version SCAs using JSPM. This should work.

Activate the JSPM force mode as mentioned in: SAP Note Number: 1123333.

Take a backup of database and filesystem before you apply the patch. you can use that backup to restore.
