Pricing in final billing doc should not be updated when posting is done

Hi All,

User has a requirement that pricing in final billing document values should not be updated when posting is carried out. When a billing document is posted as a second step after the billing document creation, the system runs again all the pricing calculations and updates pricing conditions and fnal invoice values if some of the elements checked by pricing were updated in the time between the billing document creation and the billing document posting. The posting are done for user after approving the billing document output triggered by the billing document creation, so it's not acceptable to post something different from what was created. The document posted shows different values than the ones printed on the form. Any way of restricting the update of pricing at the time of posting.

As far I know, during posting the values are not updated. Check if there exists some enhancement in your system.

Hi,

If you are doing billing wrt delivery, then go to Tcode: VTFL else if you are doing billing wrt order, then go to VTFA.

In either Tcode, enter your target billing document type, source delivery doc/sales doc type and at item level, in the pricing type field, enter 'D' and check.

D - Copy pricing elements unchanged
