SRM-MDM connection through a single user

Hi,

We have a scenario like we are maintaining same users in SRM and also in MDM and everything is working fine.

But our new requirement is that we want to maintain a single user in MDM system irrespective of any number of users in SRM,

we need to retrieve the data from MDM system through that single user, whatever may be the user is from SRM. Do we need any user mapping to the MDM user from SRM users to achive this??

Can you please help on this, we need it very urgently.

Hi Mounika

I believe that you are talking about SRM-MDM Catalog.

You can set on SPRO, in Web Services configuration where you are calling the MDM, set the parameter "username" with a MDM user, with the role "Catalog User".
