SCM Upgrade 5.0 to 7.0 EHP1

We are planning to upgrade SCM 5.0 to 7.0 EHP1, for that i have couple of queries.

-Shall we go directly to upgrade 7.0 EHP1 from source release 5.0 ?

-How about the dialog instance upgarde after the central instance upgrade, Do we need to install the 7.0 EHP1 or how it works ?

Now i have got the error as below:

"Last error code set: Unable to generate addon queue. Return Code = 1, Reason = "The Installation/Upgrade Package for Add-on SCM rel. 700 is not available", check log file 'SPDA_EHP_INCLUSION.LOG' for details "

I have checked in service market place to get SCM 700 rel Add-on component but no luck.

Pl. help me so that i can proceed further.
