notification for On behalf of scenario.

HI,

We are on SRM 7.0 and implemented process controlled worklflow.

We need to send out notification in case of "on behalf shopping" scenario. i.e. whenever a user2 creates a cart On behalf of user 1 then User 1 should get notification that this cart has been created on your behalf.

There is standard config available for Cart Ordered/ approved / rejected but nothing for event like above.

Please advice how this can be implemented in SRM 7.0

Hi,

I dont think there a standard way to send the email notification when we use BOBO, but you can send a email notification through Change badi and capture the event. when some one user A create a SC for user B, then system will update the partner function 16 will be updated with user B partner guid id. you can read the user id this partner guid by using FM 'bp_centralperson_get'.

to get the event in change badi please refer OSS note 1334202.
