Work process restarted;session terminated in tcodes SOLAR01 and 02

Hello

Acessing the tcodes SOLAR01 and / SOLAR02 when I choose a project and click on the tabs Training Materials, General Documentation or Proj. Documentations an error message appear for me: "Work process restarted;session terminated". The other tabs work just fine.

I looked at the trace file of the work process and found the error below:

I also looked at the SAP notes Note 717677 - BRCONNECT call of SAPInst fails with ORA-01017 and Note 570018 - Work process re-started, session terminated. But the note 570018 seems to be only for shipping status.

I have not checked the OPS$ user yet, but I'm not sure if this is the problem.

Does anyone have the same problem or have a solution for this problem?

Hi,

This bug in the kernel in the C-function DiagoTabFocusColumn is in the kernel patch 117, so it occurs in the kernel 701 patch 117.

To eliminate the issue please install the latest kernel(disp+work) patch

You can find latest kernel at:

Then apply the patch as mentioned in note:

in section: 'Copying and installing a patch'
